Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard international shipping takes 25-30 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local postal service efficiency.
Where do you ship from?
We ship worldwide from our warehouses in Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China. The specific shipping location is determined based on inventory availability and your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our Silent Earplugs worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at https://www.17track.net. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after shipment.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with reliable international carriers including Hong Kong Post, China Post, SF Express (selected regions), and DHL eCommerce.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days from the delivery date. All returns must be sent by mail to our facility in Hong Kong. Please note: Due to hygiene regulations, opened earplugs cannot be returned unless defective.
What condition must products be in for returns?
For non-defective returns: Products must be new, unopened, in original packaging with all seals unbroken, and include all accessories. For defective returns: Slightly used products are accepted if the defect is demonstrated with photos during the return process.
How do I initiate a return?
Email contact@noctech.shop to initiate your return. You'll receive a return authorization number and shipping address. Pack the item securely and ship via a tracked mail service to our Hong Kong address.
Who pays for return shipping?
We provide free return shipping for defective or damaged products, wrong items shipped, or missing components. For change of mind returns or non-defective products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. You'll receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed. All refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees. You'll receive a full refund of your purchase price (minus any return shipping costs if applicable).
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order for the product you prefer.
